Sunday: A very cold day is expected on Sunday across the entire area as that high pressure system continues to control the weather.
Skies will be sunny throughout the day on Sunday. High temperatures will be between 15 and 20 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 8 to 16 mph. Wind chill temperatures Sunday will be between Zero and 10 below zero in the morning and between Zero and 5 above zero on Sunday.
Sunday Night & Monday: A very cold night is expected on Sunday night under clear skies. Low temperatures will be between 2 and 7 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Monday looks sunny with high temperatures near 25 Degrees. Winds will be Northwest at 5 to 10 mph in the morning and South at 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Monday Night & Christmas Eve: It looks like a weakening frontal system might bring the area a little bit of light snow during late Monday night into the first part of Christmas Eve morning. While this system doesn’t look like a big deal at all, it does look as if the additional light snow will guarantee the entire area a white Christmas.
Skies look to become cloudy during Monday evening with some light snow expected to begin across the area just after midnight on Monday night.
This light snow looks to continue into the first part of Christmas Eve morning before it comes to an end by mid to late morning.
Snow amounts early Christmas Eve morning look to average around one inch or so.
Low temperatures Monday night will be between 15 and 20 Degrees. High temperatures Christmas Eve will be near 35 Degrees.
