I wanted to write up a quick summary of what's expected for weather for the rest of the week through the weekend -
Tonight: It will continue to be windy this evening before the winds subside some during the after midnight hours. Skies tonight will be partly cloudy with low temperatures between 10 and 15 Degrees. Winds will be West to Northwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph this evening and West to Northwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph after midnight.
Thursday: Sunny to partly sunny skies are expected throughout the day and it will be cold. High temperatures will be near 25 Degrees. Winds will be West at 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
Thursday Night: Clear to partly cloudy skies to start with and then skies become cloudy during the after midnight hours. Low temperatures will be near 20 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 15 mph.
Friday & Friday Night: An area of low pressure is expected to track near the south coast of New England by Friday night.
Skies will be cloudy throughout the day on Friday and rain is expected during the afternoon. High temperatures will be between 40 and 45 Degrees.
The type of precipitation will need to be watched closely during Friday evening as some colder air looks to try to sneak into the region. This means that we could see rain mix with and then change to snow during Friday evening before it ends around midnight. Low temperatures will be near 25 Degrees.
Saturday: Sunny skies are expected throughout Saturday with high temperatures between 35 and 40 Degrees.
Sunday: A cold day looks likely under partly sunny skies. High temperatures will be between 20 and 25 Degrees.
