A Hot & Humid Monday & Tuesday Will Give Way To Rain For Thursday & Friday Across Western & Central Mass

For The Rest Of This Afternoon: A mixture of sunshine and clouds can be expected throughout the rest of this afternoon. Temperatures will be between 85 and 90 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 5 to 10 mph.


Tonight: A very warm and humid night can be expected across the entire area under partly cloudy skies. Areas of fog can also be expected late tonight.


Low temperatures will be between 65 and 70 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph.


Monday: A hot and humid day is expected with sunny to partly sunny skies. High temperatures will be between 90 and 95 Degrees. Winds will be West at 5 to 10 mph.


Tuesday: Another hot and humid day is expected on Tuesday. Skies during Tuesday will be partly sunny. In addition, there is the possibility for some scattered thunderstorms during the afternoon.


High temperatures will be near 90 Degrees. Winds will be Southwest at 10 to 20 mph.


Wednesday Through Friday: The weather looks to become more active towards the end of this coming week as the remnants of Beryl, which will be making landfall along the Texas coast tomorrow morning, pushes into our area. These remnants may link up with a stationary frontal boundary nearby to produce the threat for rain and some scattered thunderstorms from Wednesday night until Friday. The question is where will the heaviest rainfall amounts set up and this is something that probably wont be ironed out for another day or two. Right now, it seems the highest rainfall amounts may occur just to our west across central and southern New York State into parts of Pennsylvania. But again, this is something that’ll need to be watched.


Wednesday looks cloudy and there may be some late day showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be near 85 Degrees under humid conditions.


Rain is expected throughout Wednesday night and Thursday and there may some localized heavy downpours and scattered thunderstorms. It will feel very tropical with low temperatures Wednesday night around 70 Degrees and high temperatures Thursday near 80 Degrees.


Rain with the potential for localized heavy downpours and a few thunderstorms looks to continue during Thursday night. It’ll also be very humid with low temperatures near 70 Degrees.


Friday looks cloudy with the expectation of rain continuing. Localized heavy downpours with a few thunderstorms are also possible. A very tropical feel to the air will continue on Friday with high temperatures near 80 Degrees.
